We created this website for one of my favourite Fremantle restaurants, situated on High St in the West End.
Originally established as Café 55 in 2003, this always busy little café, better known simply just as 55, has really forged its reputation amongst locals and visitors alike as the go-to place for exceptional quality food at a fair and reasonable price, with fast and efficient service to match. The line out the door at lunchtimes even after all these years certainly proves this point!
We also supplied graphic design services for their new look and logo, as well as facade and interior menu signage.
The new branding incorporates a laughing Buddha illustration created by their employee Nadia. This character also appears in a large mural Nadia has painted on the back wall, symbolising the Asian fusion cuisine for which High on 55 has become justly famous.
The website was built on, and is hosted by Pixel Togther, the Australian-based hosting solution which combines the drag and drop ease of construction of products like SquareSpace with the freedom of design and functional power of much more sophicated CMS platforms.
